You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, post fraudulent listings, harass other users, or distribute objectionable content including but not limited to hate speech, violence, sexually explicit material, or counterfeit goods.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited: illegal items, counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, drugs, sexually explicit material, hate speech, harassment, spam, and any content that violates applicable laws.

5. Content Moderation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We use automated content filtering and human review to moderate user-generated content. Objectionable content will be removed immediately and offending accounts may be terminated without warning.

6. Reporting Content

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the report button on item listings and user profiles. All reports are reviewed promptly.

7. Blocking Users

Users can block other users to prevent communication. Blocked users content will be hidden from your view. Blocking also notifies our moderation team for immediate review.

8. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data including listings, messages, and comments.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is without warranties. We are not responsible for transactions between users. Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of items and other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
